Our depot in Gloucester has been an established scrap metal merchant for over 100 years. Formally known as ‘Hayes Metals’, Mountstar purchased the assets and stocks in 1988 from IMI Refiners.

Two years ago the site relocated from the historic docks, to our current purpose built non-ferrous yard in Moreton Valence. The site now handles around 15,000 tonnes of scrap metal a year.
