Richard has worked in various areas of the trade for the last ten years, and his wide-ranging experience has been an asset to the Nottingham Depot, resulting in his promotion to Depot Manager in 2005.
	Name: Murray Beardsley Job title: Trader Profile: Following 20 years in the scrap trade, Murray joined Mountstar in 2002. He works alongside Richard Smalley as a trader.
	Name: Jan Lukaszczyk Job title: Trader Profile: Jan joined Mountstar in 2005. He spent the first few months in the yard learning all the metal specifications. Jan is now in the office and deals with local merchants and Nottingham’s door trade customers, which is all part of his training to become a full time trader.
